Appointment Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is to notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please note that you will be charged 50% of the fee for a missed appointment.
If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, we request that your appointment is changed to a telemedicine phone or video conference.
If your appointment is for acupuncture, osteopathy or massage therapy, we respectfully request that your appointment be rescheduled and we will not charge the fee.
