Dr. Dara Morden, ND graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a double major in Biochemistry and Biology. Her passion for medicine developed early in her academic career through her work at the NRC Institute for Biodiagnostics, where she spent several summers contributing to functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) research. Inspired by both scientific inquiry and a desire to help patients achieve lasting wellness, she went on to complete her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. This training fostered a balanced integration of modern medical science and traditional naturopathic principles, both of which continue to shape her comprehensive approach to patient care.
She utilizes a range of advanced clinical tools to guide personalized care, including food sensitivity testing, DUTCH hormone testing, conventional bloodwork, genetic assessment, Organic Acids Testing (OAT), and GI-MAP stool analysis, to name a few.
Dr. Dara Morden, ND is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), the Manitoba Naturopathic Association (MNA), and the Manitoba Alliance of Naturopathic Doctors (MAND). In addition to maintaining an active clinical practice at Via Natural Medicine in Winnipeg, she is committed to community education and regularly provides health talks and workshops for both the public and healthcare professionals.
