Dr. Jessica Beatty, ND is a licensed Naturopathic doctor with The Manitoba Naturopathic Association (MNA), The Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), and The Oncological Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OncANP). Dr. Beatty, ND also acts as the Secretary of The Manitoba Alliance of Naturopathic Doctors (MAND) 2020-present
Dr. Beatty graduated from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, British Columbia in 2011. Prior to competing her medical training, Dr. Beatty obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Winnipeg. Dr. Beatty’s practice blends modern medical scientific theory with traditional healing techniques. Her unique focus encompasses the individual needs of the patient, seeking balance amongst physiological, structural, mental, emotional, and social well-being. Dr. Beatty embraces a wide variety of additional therapies to effectively target the root cause of dis-ease including Nutritional Counseling, Botanical Medicine, Intravenous Vitamin Therapy, Intravenous Chelation therapy, Neural-Prolotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, including Acupuncture, Lifestyle Counseling and Bowen therapy. An emphasis on nutritional and emotional wellness is always at the heart of her approach.
Dr. Beatty understands that our bodies have ways of telling us when there is something wrong, and that it is the Naturopathic Doctor’s duty to help us interpret these symptoms, and to support the natural balance within our body, mind and spirit. Dr. Beatty treats all health conditions with a particular interest in supportive cancer treatment and musculoskeletal health (including chronic inflammatory conditions, joint degeneration, nerve damage, acute and chronic injuries, and fibromyalgia). Women’s health (including regular PAP screening, hormone imbalances, and gynecological concerns), digestive health, (including allergies and food sensitivities, IBS, IBD and GERD), cardiovascular health, anxiety and depression are also common conditions treated.
